The Best Avocado Toast

The right way to prepare an avocado toast? Here we go..

Step 1: 1 piece of whole wheat toast
Step 2: mash 1/4 of a perfectly ripe avocado in a bowl and put on toast (PS: mashing is important! sliced avocado on toast just will not do. It’s not the same!)
Step 3: Tomato slices (or cucumber slices)
Step 4: sea salt + black pepper + herbs

• Avocado contains more potassium than bananas
