3 Day Detox Diet
Detox, the popular word of recent, means to rid the body of toxins and renew body cells. You can detox just by simply following a healthy diet and making healthy food and drink choices. Below is a professional 3 day detox diet to easily get rid of toxins.

DAY 1:
Between Morning ando Noon: Warm green apple compote
Directions:
3 sliced, un-peeled green apples
3-4 tablespoons/pinches of cinnamon
5-6 cloves
10-15 raisins
Boil all the ingredients in a pot and leave to cool down. Remember that it must be consumed warm.
Between Noon and Night: Cabbage Soup
Directions:
1 small size white cabbage
1 onion
3–4 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
A few Italian peppers
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 dessert spoon of ginger
2–3 dessert spoons of olive oil
Boil all the ingredients in a pot and leave to cool down. Remember that it must be consumed warm.
* Also remember to consume high amounts of liquids during the day. Fennel tea and green tea are highly recommended.
DAY 2:
Only raw food during the day.
Morning: 2 green apples and 2 cucumbers
Noon: Green salad (no tomatoes!). Arugula and cress are recommended.
Between Noon and Night: 6-7 tablespoons of fat-free yogurt, one green aple and one cucumber every two hours.
Night: Half a kilogram of boiled zucchini and 2-3 tablespoons of fat-free yogurt
Before Going to Bed: 1 green apple
DAY 3:
Morning: 1 big glass of semi-skimmed (fat-free) milk
2–3 walnuts
Between Morning and Noon: Green apple
Noon: Half a kilogram of boiled zucchini and 6–7 tablespoons of fat-free yogurt
Between Noon and Night: 2-3 handful much of curd cheese or any other kind of fat-free cheese
Night: Fresh beans cooked with onions and garlic, a green vegetable dish like broccoli or spinach
Before Going to Bed: 2-3 kiwis
