Amy LeRoy is a real life example of how to lose weight and keep it off. She lost over 200lbs, transforming her life and health.
Amy’s weight loss story started at a young age, as she struggled with obesity from childhood. Her weight continued to increase throughout college and beyond, until she reached a peak of 350lbs at the age of 35. After years of struggling with her weight, Amy decided it was time for change!
She started her journey with a simple goal: shed 100 pounds within one year. After losing 150 pounds in just 3 months, Amy decided to take on another goal – lose an additional 150 pounds within 6 months!
The former morbidly obese woman was able to lose all of her excess weight after following a strict diet and exercise plan.
Amy LeRoy Weight Loss Tips & Tricks:
1) Watch what you eat! Eat smaller portions and make sure every meal has protein (meat or fish) plus vegetables or fruit. Limit carbs like pasta or breads, rice and potatoes – especially after 5pm or when going out for dinner!
2) Exercise regularly – aim for 30 minutes daily if possible but even 10 minutes daily will help! Find something fun like walking or dancing that’s enjoyable for
