Facial Progress Weight Loss Stories 206 Lbs Lost

I feel like I’ve been given a new lease on life! Before my weight loss progress, I was down and out. My weight had reached an all-time high, as did my drug and alcohol use. I had hit rock bottom; I wasn’t working, didn’t have a place to live, and was sleeping in my car. It was the lowest point in my life. I knew something had to change if I wanted to continue living.

It was a process that took months and came with its own set of challenges. I was hesitant to try it at first, but I’m so happy I did. Now I have my life back, and I look like myself again. I started out as a recovering addict and alcoholic. I had been sober nine months when I decided to take the plunge and give this plan a shot. I wanted to lose weight, but more than that, I wanted to get my life back.

If you’re like me, you may have tried to lose weight before. You may have even been successful in losing a little bit of weight, but the results never lasted long. I tried many different diets and exercise programs before beginning my facial progress journey. I lost some weight on each attempt only to put it all back on and then some. The reason I’m so successful with facial progress is because it’s not a diet. I’m not depriving myself of anything or eating less food. Instead, I’m focusing on eating good foods that are good for me and walking every day. This approach has worked for me in the past, but facial progress is what made it stick this time around.

So how did I get started? Well, first off, I knew that if I was going to do this right, I needed to give up my soda habit cold turkey – no more than 6 ounces a day. Then came the decision to start walking every day no matter what (even when my feet hurt). My husband joined me in my new lifestyle and we walk together most days of the week, which is great because it keeps us both accountable!
