Kimberly Powell’s 121 pounds in just 1 year and 10 clothing sizes! She started at 245 pounds, and now she’s down to 124. She was motivated by her wedding, but never expected to lose so much weight. Kimberly used Keto as a fat loss tool to get back into shape for her wedding, but it taught her so much more about nutrition and her body that she kept it up after her wedding day.

She has tried many different diets before including Weight Watchers, Whole30, Paleo, and more. But none of them gave her the results that Keto did! Kimberly did not expect to lose as much weight as she did with Keto. She also didn’t expect to learn so much about proper nutrition and how each macronutrient affects you differently. Now she feels more knowledgable than ever.

Kim’s biggest advice for readers is to plan ahead! She says it’s easy to fall off track when you’re hungry and don’t have food prepared at home. That’s why she always prepares healthy foods ahead of time; she makes sure that when she gets hungry she has something healthy nearby. Kim feels better than ever on Keto. She loves the way it makes her feel, not only physically but mentally too!

I just wanted to share my amazing transformation with you all. When I started Keto back in March 2014, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I didn’t know that there were so many medical issues that could be helped or even resolved. I didn’t realize how much weight I would lose, or that it would be the easiest weight loss of my life. What I did know was that my health wasn’t where it should be, and something needed to change.

I could finally see the scale move again. The weight seemed to just melt off of me, and I began to feel better than I had in years!

The most exciting part of this journey has been sharing it with my husband, who lost over 150 pounds on Keto as well! We can now do things together we couldn’t before, like hiking and even just walking up a flight of stairs. We are more active than we have been in years and we know that this is a lifestyle change that we can stick with long term.
