Get Rid of Baby Weight Without Going Through A Lot

If you’re a new mom and want to get rid of your spreading belly, here are some exercises for you.

The first thing you need to do is relax your mind. Do not ever stress yourself over what is happening to your body after delivery. It is normal for women to gain weight, especially if they have just given birth. All the more reason why you should find time to exercise, even at home.

First things first, you need to prepare yourself for the exercises by warming up a bit. You don’t want to strain your body too much. So here’s a toning exercise that can help prepare your body for those rigorous workouts:

Lying on the floor with legs bent at knees and feet flat on the floor, lift both arms above the head while simultaneously lifting your shoulders off the floor as far as possible without straining yourself too much. Hold this position for 2 seconds and then lower your shoulders back down on floor slowly. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times.

In doing this exercise, it is important that you keep your neck in line with your spine while doing it because it will prevent neck injury.
