Highest weight for me was 404 pounds. Got serious about transforming myself May 1st, 2020. Didn’t wanna come out of quarantine the same person I went in. Started at 389 on May 1st. Currently 312. Long way to go. But quitting aint an option. I wake up every morning and look myself in the mirror and tell myself why I deserve better. I’ll never stop bettering myself. I look back at how I treated myself over the years and get sad for the old me. But I’m so excited for the future me. Thanks for the motivation Brix. Wishing everyone success and positive vibes 🙏🏽

Bro this working from home has killed me. about a year and half ago i was 204 down from 250. I was 230 at the beginning of Covid. Now I'm 245. I'm at my best around 195. I usually lift and play basketball for my cardio. Now basketball isn't much of an option.

After losing over 100lbs in 5 months I realized When it comes to weight-loss so many people want quick results so they easily give up. Hi Brix. What would be your top 5 exercises for someone who used to be a frequent gym goer but since covid he has put on a lot of belly fat and hasn't hit the gym in almost a year. Although I am down by 3kgs in 13 days as I walk and jog for about 6-7km everyday and do cardio as well. I want to strengthen my core and lose that belly fat. Started my journey August 8th 2020 after years of failing, today mid December I’m down 50 pounds just from following your tips with intermittent fasting, caloric deficit and 1.5 hour workout 6 days a week with minor resistance training.
