I'd love more details on what you changed in your diet. I have a lot of stomach problems so it's not just weight that I want to eliminate. Super Clean eating so far is the only thing that works for me for losing weight and also for my stomach, but going that clean is so hard to keep up on. I've been cutting things out here and there or swapping things but I'd love to know more and get more ideas.

If I could quit drinking my wine I bet I would be so skinny. I’m not extremely overweight but I could definitely lose a few pounds I was always very fit and trim in my younger years. I’m trying to decide is it worth it to just live my life and enjoy the little things in life like my wine I do try to eat healthy but with Covid it’s been difficult to be active.

Love this! Let me add – get rid of anything in your closet that doesn’t fit, or you don’t feel comfortable in. Buy only what fits NOW, and what makes you feel great. Dieting to fit back in your old jeans is very demotivating.

I stopped drinking anything with sugar instead I eat a fruit of i want something sweet and I only drink water and tea with no sugar I’m trying so hard to lose this weight slowly it’s coming off I do work part time so that helps and I’m doing better on over eating I cook my food it’s hard because I have 4 kids but thankfully they are all teenagers and trust me it’s much easier when your gets to age where they can cook for them selves sometimes but I’ve also told them to not drink any soda or sugary drinks and they are doing good on that sometimes 😳 I also don’t complain anymore about losing weight I’m just letting it happen and it’s happening slowly but atleaat there is some progress because I’ve been stuck for the past three years and for some reason I just stopped trying so hard and that works for me stressing about losing weight will tire you especially if you gain and yes I too take photos and keep notes and I look like I’m losing even my face I take face photos too then I decided to weight myself I had lost 10 pounds in three weeks and then my job I’m very active but I got so excited decided to weight myself again a week later and I had gained but I do think it was water and possibly muscle because I felt lighter I could actually cross my legs without struggling and when I’m driving I also notice that my belly isint as far out to the wheel like it use to be so I decided no more weighing myself but maybe one a month I might

Only note I have is when weighing yourself everyday. It's only negative when you think your weight is what you see that day. I don't pay attention to the individual number, but rather take the average for the week and that is the number I focus on. But I only do this maybe once or twice a month just to see where I'm at.

Ty for this video all 5 things I do now and I am always crashing and gaining my weight back. Lately I’ve thinking a lot about coming up with a better solution and making more realistic choices and asking my self is this something I can do long term. I am so happy I found your video I don’t feel like I’m alone in these issues I’ve been struggling with. I will definitely take this advice and stop doing this lol and hopefully become more successful on living a healthier lifestyle.

Every body is different and different things work for each individual. I’m glad you found what worked for you but I disagree on weighing daily. It wasn’t until I started weighing daily that I mended my relationship with the scale. I knew when to anticipate spikes in my weight and was able to know if it was due to food, drink, or my period. Having these daily data points can be very beneficial to people.

The scales that “show more” are also just a reference but are not accurate. To get those accurate measurements, you need to go through a doctor.

Pretty much just Intuitive Eating for weight loss. Find exercise you actually enjoy, that helps, too.

I love how you say that it's about being the healthiest self for yourself and what you want to be and not comparing to others. Most unfit people look at those going to gym regularly as being vain or having body issues but it's really about being what makes you most comfortable in your own skin. It takes a lot of effort to make your way to the gym. It means sacrificing time that could be spent doing other things but you are willing to make that sacrifice because you want to feel or be your healthiest self that makes you feel good. Most people who value other things don't get this concept. Thanks for sharing!

I am guilty at all the above 😬, this was helpful. I have stated to cut my carbs and eating more veggies, cut sugar. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and try to cut foods that cause inflammation. I am currently 218 and I want to be at 175 at least. If more that would be a bonus. I also started at least a gallon of water a day. That’s a hard one for me. I could use your help! I like your thinking.

Hi! I had to get on here and tell you that I followed your advice about the 7 day detox challenge. I decided to do 5 days. I am on day 4 and 4.8 lbs down!!! I have been eating a ton of food too. So amazing! I do understand it is mostly water weight but I have so much more energy. And I am not bloated. And just feel better over all. Thanks for the advice and encouragement!

Never allow myself to feel deprived. Cut out eating in front of screens. Only eat at the table while being fully present. .

I don't eat processed food, no sodas, no alcohol, no takeouts, no salty and sugary snacks, no mayo. I choose wholegrain pasta, bread, flour, low-fat milk. I don't eat after 6pm dinner. Recipes and products are based on a diet plan (wholesome, balanced, healthy and tasty) from a professional dietitian. I lost 12 pds last year but gained back everything this year. What do I do now? I hate excercising…

I am totally different. Stepping on the scale doesn’t discourage me 😂😂😂…it actually helps and encourages me, like sometimes I test my body out to see what foods are benefiting me and which ones are not by tracking all of what I’ve eaten throughout the day and the times I stopped eating and etc…so like the next day, if I step on the scale and it increases, then I’ve eaten too much or the wrong foods the day before😂😂
