Before 12WBT, Anna saw a picture of herself and could not believe the person she had become. She loves the simplicity of the food and exercise, especially for a working mum!
“I saw a photo of myself that I did not recognise and I didn’t like what I saw at all,” says Anna. “I was so unfit, unhealthy and unhappy with myself.”
“My ‘ah-ha’ moment came when I was about to celebrate my 40th birthday. I knew it was now or never. There were no more excuses to get in shape – it was time to make it happen!”
Since January 2016, Anna has lost 29kg with 12WBT. The program’s simple approach is one of the things she loves most about it.
“I love how simple it is – the food is delicious and easy to prepare, even when you’re exhausted after work,” Anna says. “The exercise is also simple and love that you don’t need hours at the gym.”
After sticking with the program for just two weeks, Anna couldn’t believe how much fitter and stronger she felt. She also noticed her size-24 jeans were getting loose on her!
