    Hai sis. Mor water 3 glass of 600 ml, b.f 10.00 am wheat vegetables dosa medium 2 added to (onion,chilli ) , Coconut chutney, cows milk without sugar 0.25 ml, coffee with out sugar added to milk half cup, lunch 1.30 .tamarind rice, omlett, buttermilk – 2 glass of 400 ml. Eve half cup coffee with out sugar added to milk, dinner 8.30 wheat onion dosa 2 , veg sambar. 9085 k steps of walking.3 hrs walking. 2.30 litres. Mor No sooriya namaskaram. No wrk outs. Eve wrk outs of yoga eyes and neck 900 counts, hand wrk outs of 1200 counts.( 4 sets of ) , breast wrk outs & cool down stretches 170 counts, hip wrk outs – 185 counts ( 2 sets of ) , leg wrk outs 100 counts , aerobics ,Zumba – 100 counts , jogging – 300 counts.butt exercises 3 sets of 300 counts , Thai wrk outs 100 counts. 35 minutes of work outs.good sleep for 7 hrs.
