My weight loss journey has been on and off for me for the past 7 months. I started at 210 pounds and am now 199 pounds. I've gained weight and lost weight non stop. I was always smoking weed and have now been clean for a year. You are such an inspiration to me. I have always hated being this big. I'm working down to 130 pounds. Being this big has hindered me from being active with my daughter and of course my love life with my fiance. He's never been that supportive in helping me actually lose weight, but he keeps making comments about my weight. he recently changed his mind about it. I talked to him the other day about getting back into this journey and he said what can I do to help you? I cried. My dad is over 300 pounds and has had 3 or 4 heart surgeries. I'm not letting that happened to. I don't ever want my daughter to see my hate myself for how I look. It's gonna take a while to get my body back but I'm excited. Before I got pregnant I weighted 140 pounds and was happy. Due to morning sickness I lost 15 pounds weighing 125 pounds, after I could actually eat food I gained 50 pounds. I have continued to gain weight since then and my daughter is almost 3 now. I'm done with excuses. I just want results. I want to feel good again, be active with my daughter and be happy about how I look.

My best friend told me about you about a year ago and I followed you on Instagram. I've struggled since middle school with my weight (only at about 140-150 pounds) and now I'm 24 and have gained nearly 80 pounds since then. I really wish I would have appreciated what I had then and not totally given up on myself. I am so fed up with feeling stuck with the low self esteem and extra weight. So, watching your videos will be my first step to get where I want to be. I never found the motivation that I needed to stick with anything. I'm following your journey today. I can't wait any longer. Starting with video number one and moving forward from here. I'm not quite at my highest weight but I'm at a point where I want to lose 100 pounds. I want to love myself and have pride in the work that I've done to get where I want to be. I'm so close to where you've started and I can't wait to learn from you. If I actually make some progress (for the first time in my life) I'm going to come back here and share how I'm doing on my comment thread. Thank you for making these videos.

I want loose weight too. It hard to stay on a diet plan. I given up and started over so many times. In the last two months I have lost 15 pounds. I am surprised by that. Right now I am kinda at your starting weight.
