How i lost 10kg and maintained it | Weight loss story

I forgot to mention a couple of things:

Current weight and height: 5’5 & 117lbs

CHEAT DAYS: I mentioned that after a cheat day, it’s important to resume to your regular diet (diet as in food). However, personally for me, I have had difficulties in resuming back and have continued a second or third day of “cheat days”. What has helped me are doing some of the kpop diets (like the ones on my youtube) to get back on track with my regular eating. This is just something that has helped me!

Exercising: I am not the keenest on working out but it is something that I have started RECENTLY. I do it for positive reinforcement on my health and not particularly for weight loss maintaining.

    I recovered from anorexia, gained about 22 kg, but now I'm overeating and am slightly overweight. Honestly I'm going to meet with family in about two weeks and I don't want them to see me like this, but I also know that it's unrealistic to expect to lose that much weight in such a short period of time. Idk, I'll try to exercise every day and eat heathy. Who knows.

    Just adding that if you have EDs you should NOT follow those advice without seeing an health professional and/or a therapist. EDs will mess your perception of what is healthy, it's a lot harder to know when you are full, etc. So please please see a professional 💕

    I am not a quitter but I could not go through with the ketogenic diet because it made me feel awful. Then I tried the Agoge diet and I lost so much fat, and most importantly no more cellulite.

    I like how she mentioned eating slowly! Omg it’s so hard especially if you’re doing Intermittent fasting, you haven’t eaten for 16 hours and that’s your first meal and you’re so hungry, you find yourself done eating within 10 mins 😂. It’s hard but like she said, we should practice it, since it’s important!

    I hate it when I say “I want to get skinny” people automatically assume I’m being rude to “fat” people… I never said that, I’m just saying that I want to loose weight for MYSELF, because that’s how I would perceive MYSELF to be more beautiful. Im not hating on anyone else and their body, i want to be healthy and I want my body to be healthy for ME, I started at 60kg (60kg looks like ALOT on someone who’s 5,0ft tall) and in two weeks I’m already at 54kg but I’m aiming for around 47kg because that’s how I want to look. This isn’t for anyone else and I’m also sick of boys telling me “no don’t loose weight because you’re thicc now and no one wants a stick girl” BITCH!!! MY GENETICS ALLOWS ME TO KEEP MY CURVES EVEN IF IM SKINNY…
