    Hello mam..i mz you earlier too.. actually i am a mother of 4yrs old girl..and after Ceaser for this delivery..i got so much belly fat as well as body fat too..i have done so many exercises, yoga but this is not working anymore..i liked your way of teaching so much so i started this too..but my weight as well as my belly fat is as same as it was..plz help mam..i was 50 kg before delivery and now my weight is 60..my height is 5 .2"

    Same here. I lose 11 kgs with diet and walk then i thought I would have use an exercise but i hate exercises then i search about aerobics for bigners and now i lose 10 more with dance with depti. Love you maam from Pakistan ❤️

    Mam mene w8 loss kiya h mera 71 kg tha abhi 56 kg h but mam me 6…7 kg or loss karna chahti hu but kese kru ab kuch samajh ni arha h jese w8 ab ruk sa gaya hai PLZZ mam kuch suggest krein plzzz m bahot upset hu itna kiya or aage w8 km hone ka nam hi nhi le rha h mene zumba b kiya apka wala 1 month but ab ptani kya hua h ni mann karta jese body Bejan si ho jati h thak sa jati hu jabki aisa ni hona chahiye kya karna chahiye mam meko jisse mera 6 kg w8 or loss hojaye 😞😭

    Hi Deepti…i am very grateful for your videos..i started working out your videos combination of 30 min flat belly and 30 min dance videos,also taking balanced home cooked food…first time in life i have started losing weight naturally…however i am losing wight very slowly…i started your videos on 15 th sept and till now i have reduced 3-4 kgs…from 86.5 to 82.5 now evening weight…within a week i dont see any difference..i get worried sometimes…am i doing something wrong?i also have one question during last week i wass able to workout only for around 2-3 hours within a week but still i lost 1-2 kg within a week..could could b the possible reason for losing weight during rest time…
