    Day1-30 is a killer .For anyone struggling like this 250er now 150 and still losing its one day at a time and set backs don’t mean giving up it means tomorrow is another day to try again.Amazing story and for every story like this the younger generation can learn to watch the number one slow suicide”sugar”.Good luck to anyone waking up in the morning and saying “today is a new day to excersize and eat weighed and measured portions “.

    I was continually putting on weight and I discovered a great diet. Stop eating half the day. Small breakfast, good lunch, a cup of tea at 4pm then nothing more, lost 30 pounds, feeling great.

    I think I have a similar story. When I was 13 I really put on a bunch of weight. I was about 240 and could hardly run, addicted to food and didn’t even wanna leave my house bc I was so self conscious of myself. When I finally said enough was enough I was able to lose 50lbs in about 5-6 months. I’m not sharing this to Brag or anything, I’m just trying to help show that anything is possible with the right mindset

    Wow, you are an inspiration to me! I have 100lbs total to lose. I am down 15lbs but have had trouble losing the 75lbs left. I need to work on my eating and exercising. Thank you for sharing your story!

    I will start recording my weight loss on here to help anyone who is struggling and to hopefully inspire other people to lose weight and get fit. So before covid I was 163 5’11 and 14(I’ve been overweight for most of my life but never really that fat) about 7 months after I had gone up to 215 and I have gone down to bout 184.2. My goal weight is 135-140 so I still have much to go but I’m getting there. Remember stay determined and keep going because even if you get set back a bit or a lot. You still win because you keep going and you fail when you quit.👊🏼
