What would you recommend for someone who is allergic to Seafood and most nuts? I really struggle to find replacement foods for these in meals or for snacks
YEAR 10 IS WHERE EVERYTHING WENT TO SHIT FOR ME TOO 🙁 i realise now it wasnt just puberty. i remember now that i actually stopped tennis, basketball and swimming. sigh
it makes me sad how you talk about your body purely in terms of what it looks like. you really felt like it was “disgusting” or “manly”. i hope anyone else who looks like sarah at any point, or is bigger or smaller, doesn’t take what she’s saying to heart because this is her opinion, based on what she thought she was supposed to look like. you’re enough as you are right now ❤️
Still watching this in 2020. I was in the wrong diet to lose weight. I am super hungry now and couldn't sleep. so I am here to watch this video again to educate myself back to normal.
It sounds like you have a lot of serious body image issues. Every single one of the pictures you shared, you look super skinny. Maybe just try to enjoy life a bit more.
SARAH! I look up to you so much! Loving these wholesome videos. They have motivated me to eat a more balanced diet. This video resonated sooo much. I was recently eating Keto, encouraged by my boyfriend, and like literally eating the same amount of food as him (I have a HUGE appetite) and it was so bad. I had no energy and would BINGE eat when I was off the diet. I graved sugar like a psychopath… Anyway, now I try to "eat the rainbow", as my 5 yr old step-son's educational videos say, and 100% has improved the thing I struggled with the most, MY MENTAL HEALTH! It's only been a week. Im eating all the fruits and veggies I love, pre/pro-biotics, lots of water, green juices, and I am trying to get back into fitness. Which is so easy to do now that I am motivated. I hope to see some more advice on how to get into fitness. You probably have a video somewhere I just haven't seen yet. Anyway, glad to have found your videos!!!! 🙂
WTF? Do you have an eating disorder or dysmorphia, or something? You're doing your viewers a great disservice by keeping this video up. "Weight loss story"? Really? You looked borderline underweight to start with. Sort yourself out, mate.
Please do an Updated video!! You have changed and balanced in so many ways since this video you were great and wonderful at this point and you are even more of an insperation now for how you are able to be ballanced and a mom and still have a amazing healthy life body that is goals!
I'm so excited! Our journey sounds so much the same and I'm the same weight. I'm still too fluffy and after working out every day and eating well, I still see no result. It's so hard when you're already slim and your body doesn't want to change. But I'm pushing through. Will try the pea protein. Thanks for the tip.
