wow i'm at the 20kg mark lost exactly today. I never thought i'd reach 20kgs lost. I wish i looked better though, i figured i'd look a lot better at this point.. than i do.
Thank you for your story! I really do believe also that diets are not the wright way. Just eating healthy and exercise is the only way. It is a lifestyle.. not a (temporary) diet. I admire you for having done this, being insecure is really not fun.. But look at you, at were you are now!! it's great!!
many people in other countries do use much healthier grown foods. Also people in many other countries eat slower so food settles, and makes you less hungry.
This is such an inspiration! I'm hoping to lose about 30lbs in the next 2 years in preparation for TTCing 🙂 I've struggled with my weight my entire life as well. I'm more determined to be healthier than concerned about the numbers.
You should find out your lean body mass! I have a heavier build as well and my body fat percentage has always been within healthy range even when my BMI might say I am "overweight".
wow amazing! i wish i can do what ur doing … after having my daughter 5 years ago i have be struggling with weight …its so hard living in the US and being around all this junk food and not healthy food…iv been thinking for sometime now to become vegatarian and dont know how to go about it…thanks for making the vid
I definitely relate to your wieght loss experience. i had a similar childhood, always been big and always striving to get skinny. its been a heck of a journey but last year was when i realized that wieght loss was not going to be a simpe quick journey and actually decided to eat healthier. i cut out all junk food and sodas out of my diet and made it a point to eat healthier. In nov i became a vegan and really changed my diet completely and the wieght has dropped like crazy plus i feel great!
Once you lost all the weight did you have any problems with loose skin? I have just started my health regime only a few days ago, I have a long way to go but I do wonder about loose skin and any tips people may give to deal with that kind of problem?
I mainly had a problem with cellulite and stretch marks. After pregnancy I have some wrinkly skin at my belly button and Im not really sure how to fix it yet.
How are you doing now? And how long did it take you to lose 18 kilos? I'm interested in that because I'm a vegetarian too so I'm looking for good diets 🙂
Awesome and inspiring. Your the first person on here I've seen who was not trying to give us "the secret" or tell us about some strict diet and exercise. I have been thinking about becoming a vegeterian for a while but haven't gotten the real push to do it. If possible, i would love to know what documentary you saw on meats? I love that you did this video. I actually gained almost 20 pounds after I became a vegetarian because I ate so much bread and noodles. Cut that out, cut out gluten about a week ago now and already feel so much better! 🙂

When I moved to Germany (Bremen), I lost 20 pounds in 3 months even though I had a huge Milka bar every day. It was the amount of exercise I got… we walked and rode bikes everywhere. We used the car 3 times in those 3 months!
