WEIGHT LOSS TAKEOUT TIP: You don’t HAVE to eat everything your meal comes with AND you don’t have to waste anything either🤯😍🙌🎉

Anybody love crispy fried fish?! 🤩🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ I LOVE the flaky crispy fish that comes in fish n chips! But because having both fried fish + French fries would be a large amount of calories & fat (which would make me feel sluggish vs fueled) I opted to get veggies with my fried fish to make it a fueling & satisfying meal that’s Macro Balanced Meal Method Approved✅🙌

What’s the Macro Balanced Meal Method? It’s my simple method of learning how to enjoy Balanced Portions of Macros (Protein, Carbs, & Fats) + lots of Micros (Veggies & Fruits) so that every meal leaves you feeling good🥰 It’s the method that allows myself & my clients feel fueled & balanced while losing body fat & what we also use to maintain fat loss results🎉

The meal above is Applebee’s Takeout😜 & even though I chose more nutrient dense sides & opted out of fries, the tartar sauce that comes with the fish still made was I got SUPER high calorie because it’s 390 calories & 41g of Fat😮 I would have told them not to include it in my meal if I knew it was coming but I didn’t find out until I got home😕

I also opted to just have 2 fish & saved the other fish & broccoli to have later on(easy to re-crisp in the air fryer!)

What I got Macros: 1,008 calories 37P/44C/76F
Vs
What I ate Macros: 374 calories 23P/29C/18.5
.
Simple adjustments to save 625+ calories!
.
Though having all 3 fish with the veggies could have been balanced enough too! This was a later meal so I had more Protein & calories earlier in the day so I didn’t need that much protein for this meal🤗
